McDougall, Joseph of Hanson, died October 28, 2014 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born and raised in Boston, married his loving wife Claire (Ray) in ‘46 then they moved to Weymouth to raise their family. Joe retired from Boston Water and Sewer in 1996 and has enjoyed being able to spend more time with his family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting and deep sea fishing with his sons, in Maine.  He will be missed for the pranks he pulled on everyone around him. Joe also enjoyed his vacations to FL with his daughters, and granddaughters.

Joe was predeceased by his loving wife Claire (Ray) McDougall. Joe is survived by his devoted children Joseph G. McDougall Jr. of Hanson, Donna Dabrolet of Weymouth, Susan Loiurio and her husband Gary of Hanover, Barbara DeVoy and her husband Mark of Weymouth, David McDougall of Weymouth, the Late Richard McDougall, Robert McDougall of CA, Nancy Doran and her husband John of Hanson, Patricia Aruda and her fiance Ken Wentworth of Hanson, and his late son-in-law Sean Aruda. Devoted brother to nine sisters and three brothers, Cherished grandfather to 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 AM Friday for a funeral service in the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
