Dow, Edna F. (Swain) of Hull, died July 21, 2014.

Edna graduated Quincy High School in 1961, and the same year married her beloved husband Phillip. She worked as a customer service representative at Gragil and Associates for 16 years and had just recently retired. She will be remembered for her strong will, her caring and thoughtful manner, and her good sense of humor. Also for the love of her grandchildren. 

Caring daughter to the late Charles and Edna (Connell) Swain. Beloved wife to the late Phillip Dow of Hull. Loving mother to Nancy McDonald of Hull, James Dow of Hull, and Daniel Dow and his wife Christie of Weymouth.  Cherished sister to Robert Swain and the late Bill Swain and Beverly Fitzpatrick Swain. Devoted grandmother of Kerri-Anne Dinunno and her husband Nino of Scituate, James McDonald of Hull, Christina Marley Dow of Cohasset and Andrew, Ashley and Danny Dow, all of Weymouth. Edna is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Cremation will follow.
