Flaherty, Helen P. of South Boston, died April 15, 2014.
Daughter of the late John J. and Mary A. (Robinson) Dow. Predeceased by the love of her life Daniel E. Flaherty. Mother of Robert Flaherty and his wife Mary, Brendan Flaherty, Patricia Foley and the late Rev. Daniel E. Flaherty. Grandmother of Bridget and Katherine.
Helen worked for the Boston Water and Sewer Company as a Junior Engineer for 22 years. She loved shopping and spending time with those she loved. Helen devoted her life to her family and was a wonderful grandmother who cherished “her girls”. She will be sadly missed.
Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday at 9 AM in Marian Manor 130 Dorchester Street, South Boston prior to the Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Marian Manor. Burial at a later date.
