Merrill, Katherine E. “Kay” (Faulkner) of Weymouth, died November 22, 2014. 

Beloved wife of 50 years of the late Ralph J. Merrill. Loving mother of Judith Soule and her husband James of Kingston, Kimberly Donohue and her fiance Jay DiSandro of Uxbridge, and the late Stephen J. Merrill.  Loving sister of Barbara L. Faulkner of North Weymouth and the late Nina P. Finney.  Cherished “Grammy” of Elizabeth Soule and Stephen Soule and his wife Leah and Connor, Dylan and Breanna Donahue. Great “Grammy” of Jocelyn Rose.

Kay worked for over 20 years at Eastern Nazarene College.  She was an avid tennis player who belonged to the Weymouth Club for many years.  Kay loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and friends. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.)  Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea St. (off Rt. 3A-Bicknell Sq.), Weymouth. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
