Foster, Margaret R. (Grennon), 72 years of age, of Weymouth, January 15, 2014.

Best friend and former wife of Edward M. Foster of Weymouth, MA.  Loving mother of Edward J. Foster and his wife Mary of Weymouth, and Jacqueline Donley and her husband D. Thomas of Wasilla, Alaska.  Loving grandmother of Daniel, Emily and Grace Foster of Weymouth and Alia, Shayla and Konner Donley of Wasilla.  Sister of Michele Sullivan of Jamaica Plain, Maureen Doogan of West Roxbury, Sally Burke of Springfield, VA, Joseph Grennon of Westwood, John Grennon and Edward Grennon of Quincy, Kevin Grennon of West Roxbury and Colin Grennon of Millis. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Grennon. Margaret had many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.

She grew up in Jamaica Plain and graduated from Blessed Sacrament High School, Class of 1958.  She retired from Deloitte & Touche in 2001 after 25 years of service as the Manager of the Audit Report Department.  She began her career with them in Wellesley as a typist, and when the company was named Touche, Ross, Bailey and Smart.  Margaret’s goal throughout her life was trying to make people laugh, and she succeeded every time.  She loved reading novels, watching films and lunching with her friends, of which she had many. Margaret will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8 AM Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 9AM. Burial will follow in Mount Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.
