Panarelli, Matteo J. of Quincy, died November 16, 2014 after a brief illness.

Beloved husband for 63 years of Josephine (Tedesco) Panarelli of Quincy.  Loving father of Stephen Panarelli of Quincy, Michael Panarelli of Texas, Donna Panarelli of Quincy, Ronald Panarelli of Rhode Island and Paul Panarelli of Stoughton. Brother of Josephine Tutela of Quincy, Gerald Panarelli of Braintree and the late Michael, Peter and Nicholas Panarelli. Cherished grandfather of Bregitta Dreibrodt of Texas.  Matteo is also loving survived by  2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Matteo was a lifelong resident of Quincy.  He was employed by Boston Gear Works for 44 years before retiring.  He was a talented handyman around the house and was huge History buff.  He enjoyed attending City council meetings and City politics.  Most of all Matteo loved his family who were the cornerstone of his life.  He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of life service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 9:15 AM prior to the Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
