Thomas W. Green

Green, Thomas W. of Weymouth, originally from Dorchester, died July 28, 2014 at the age of 62.

Tom graduated from Canton High School. He served in the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army reserves and worked as a civilian marine mechanic for the U.S. Coast Guard. After many years of hard work, Tom opened his own tool rental and equipment business with his wife. Tom could fix anything, was a world history buff, and loved his country.

Beloved husband of Leontina Green. Loving father of Christine Powers of E. Bridgewater and Erin Green of Whitman. Loving son of Ann Green of E. Dennis and the late Robert Green. Tom is also survived by 6 brothers; Robert of Hawaii, Peter of Fall River, Daniel of Sandwich, Christopher of Lakeville, Timothy of Middleboro, Gregory of Dennisport and 1 sister, Nancy McQuaide from West Bridgewater as well as 4 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Albert the Great Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:45 PM.
