It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Alice Marie Falletti, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend. Alice passed away peacefully at the age of 100, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Born in Weymouth and raised in Braintree, Alice later made her home in Hingham, where she built a life centered on family, friendship, and community. She shared twelve happy years of marriage with her beloved husband, Rocco C. Falletti, before his untimely passing. With remarkable courage and determination, Alice went on to raise their four sons on her own, providing them with the love, guidance, and unwavering support that became the foundation of her family's legacy.
Alice filled her home with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aromas of her cooking and baking. She found joy in knitting, gardening, family gatherings, dancing with friends and her partner, and spending time in Florida. Through life's many challenges, she faced each one with grace, resilience, and an enduring spirit. Her kindness, generosity, and devotion to those she loved touched countless lives and will be remembered always.
Alice is survived by her sons, Richard R. Falletti and his wife, Lisa; Rocco D. Falletti and his wife, Kathleen; and Paul Falletti and his wife, Heather. She was predeceased by her son, John C. Falletti. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many beloved nieces and nephews, and her longtime partner, Joseph Calabro.
