Anne Kelley of North Weymouth, died July 26, 2025 at the age of 77.
Anne grew up in the South End and was a proud graduate of Cathedral High School. She worked as an inspector for the Department of Defense for over 30 years. Some of her greatest memories were made traveling to other countries with her sister-in-law Frances. Family was central to Anne’s life. She loved hosting family parties and holidays, taking family photos, and organizing the annual family reunions in Maine. Anne had a creative and artistic spirit, and over the years she enjoyed woodworking, calligraphy, quilting, knitting, stained glass, and painting among other pursuits. Anne will be remembered as a woman of faith, strength, and humor.
She was the wife of the late Thomas Simon O'Donnell and the late Robert Kelley. Loving mother of Tom O’Donnell and his wife Liz of Milton and Anne-Marie O’Donnell of Myrtle Beach, SC. Proud "Nana" of Hunter DiMarino and his wife Rebecca; Isabella Heffner and her husband Charles; Christian DiMarino and his wife Allie; Tommy O'Donnell; Katie O'Donnell; and great grandson Raylan Heffner. Beloved big sister of Bernice Falco and her husband Billy of Weymouth and Bernadette Halpin of Rockland. Sister-in-law and dear friend of Kathleen “Patsy” O’Donnell of Weymouth, Frances O’Donnell of Weymouth, and the late Mary Ann Laslie. Also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday July 30, 2025 from 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A - Bicknell Square). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Thursday July 31, 2025 prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
