Annette (Ferullo) Granigan

Granigan, Annette (Ferullo) of Weymouth, passed away on January 6, 2024, after a brief illness surrounded by loved ones.  She was 80.

Born in Boston in 1943, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Elizabeth (D’Este) Ferullo.

Annette worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk for years and retired 15 years ago.

Annette was a devoted mother to her son Brian and they enjoyed a busy schedule which included bowling, softball, golf and Special Olympics.

In her earlier years, Annette spent time crocheting and was always making beautiful baby outfits and blankets for loved ones.  She loved to lunch and go shopping with her sister on Saturday’s, often spending the entire day at the Mall.   She was an avid parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Weymouth and enjoyed baking for the holidays.

Wife of the late Walter Granigan and her late son Brian McCormack. Sister to Pauline Granigan and her husband Frank of Rockland. Aunt to Craig Granigan and his wife Colette of NH, Lynne Ray and her husband Kevin of Rockland, and Glenn Granigan of Rockland. Stepmother to Mark and wife Chrissy of Woodstock GA, Donna and wife Maureen Beauregard of Strafford, NH, Dennis and wife Kate of Marshfield MA. Survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister to the late Ralph Ferullo and the late John Ferullo.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Saturday from 2:30 – 4:30 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A brief prayer service will be held at 4:30 PM. Donations in memory of Annette may be made to Special Olympics.
