Annie L. Ciani

Ciani, Annie L. (Mellen) of Quincy, passed away on July 29, 2012, she was 93. The beloved wife of the late Henry Hedvig, the late Ernest Anderson and the late Daniel Ciani. Loving mother of Patricia Anderson of Worcester and Russell Hedvig and his wife Jean of Squantum and the late Dorothy Adams, Thomas, William & Dennis Hedvig. Sister of the late Mabel Commesso. Annie is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A longtime Quincy resident, Annie grew up in Braintree. She worked at the Long Island Hospital for several years before she retired. Annie loved to dance and cook, she enjoyed being around people. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor. Annie will be dearly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday morning at 10am in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock ST. QUINCY followed by a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 11am. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
