Baby Caden Pike Hourahan entered into eternal rest on May 5th, 2015.
His identical twin brother Colby Poole Hourahan joined him in heaven on May 13th, 2015.
“God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered “come with me.”
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday from 11 to 1pm at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home in SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
Following the services, the Hourahan family would like to invite family and friends to join them at their home in Plymouth. Please contact the family for directions.
