Christopher D. Willis

Christopher D. Willis of Hingham, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 28, 2022. He was 78.

Born in Quincy to Barbara L. (Johnson) and Russell Langdon Willis, Sr. and raised in Squantum. Christopher attended North Quincy High School. Shortly after graduating, he enlisted in the Coast Guard and served during the Vietnam War. He served for 20 years and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Later in life he went back to school and earned his BA at Boston College.

Beloved husband of 55 years to Joan (Eiser) Willis of Hingham. Devoted father of Jeffrey S. Willis and Neil E. Willis, both of Hingham. Loving brother of Tracy (Willis) Kunkel of Houston, TX. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Christopher is predeceased by his brother, Russell Langdon Willis Jr.
