Deborah Helene “Debbe” Quinzani passed away peacefully in her home during the early morning hours of March 10, 2026. She was 72 years old. She was born in Weymouth, the youngest of five siblings born to Arthur and Barbara Allsopp. After a brief marriage and divorce in her early twenties, Deborah became an independent, single career woman living primarily in the Cambridge area. Things change, however, and in 1989, she married Stephen Quinzani at the Elbow Beach Hotel in Paget Parish, Bermuda. She continued to work as a manager for the Road to Responsibility motel in Marshfield while honing her skills as a gourmet chef specializing in hearty American cuisine. Deborah was childless but was a favorite “Aunt Debbe” to numerous nieces and nephews and later to grandnieces and grandnephews.

A memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, April 8th from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, 40 Sea Street, North Weymouth, MA 02191. All friends and family are sincerely invited to attend. Funereal attire will not be required. Business casual or classy casual will be fine.

In lieu of flowers donations to charities dedicated to providing medical services to children and young people in need of special assistance would be appreciated. For example: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital, Mercy Ships, Save the Children, and Doctors Without Borders.
