Jackson, Donald L. of Quincy, died May 20, 2026.

Don adored his family, especially his boys, Scott and Craig. They loved traveling together, taking cruises to Bermuda and exploring New England. He enjoyed going to the beach, bird watching and feeding the birds, and fishing with his boys. Don was a great cook and enjoyed listening to music and watching old war movies. When his boys were younger, he coached Quincy Youth Hockey and was a Den Master for the Boy Scouts. Don was a happy-go-lucky man who will be deeply missed.

Beloved husband of Theresa (Ford) Jackson of Quincy. Cherished father of Scott Jackson of Quincy and the late Craig Jackson. Loving brother of Paul Jackson (Ret. QPD) and his wife Diane of Quincy and the late Sandra Ames, Kenny Jackson, Bobby Jackson, Diane Smith-Dickinson, and Bruce Jackson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by many adored pets over the years, especially his cat Hazel.

A Celebration of Life will held on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Quincy Point Congregational Church, 444 Washington Street Quincy, at 10 AM. Donations in memory of Don may be made to Wreaths Across America, PO Box 249 Columbia Falls, ME 04623 or to your local veteran charity.
