McAleer, Edward J. “Ted” of Quincy January 23, 2002. Loving father of Michael McAleer of Quincy. Former husband of Doris McAleer and Kathleen McAleer, both of Quincy. Brother of Jack McAleer of S. Weymouth. Uncle of Brian of Quincy, Sheila McAleer of S. Weymouth & 3 grand nieces. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Monday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 9 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Ted worked for 23 years as a repairman for the MBTA. He enjoyed spending his summers camping in Plymouth and was an antique car and Model A Ford aficionado.Donations in memory of Ted may be made to the American Cancer Society, 25 Stuart St., 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02116-4700.
