Born in Milford, Mass, Eugene lived in Weymouth for many years. He was the last surviving charter member of the Weymouth Lodge of Elks. Eugene was also well known in the Town of Weymouth as the former veteran’s grave officer for over two decades and was honored in 2014 with a proclamation by former Norfolk Sheriff Michael Bellotti. He was a true veteran and also made sure on Memorial Day all of the veterans graves were placed with an American Flag.

He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the United Sates Army.

He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.
