Eugenia S. “Jeanne” Sass

Eugenia E. (Surette) “Jeanne” Sass of Weymouth, died August 26, 2017 at the age of 95. Jeanne work for General Dynamics for over 10 years before retiring. She enjoyed gardening, golf and playing cards. Jeanne was happiest when surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-granchildren.

Beloved wife of the late Paul H. Sass. Devoted mother of Laurie Wentworth and her late husband Ted of Weymouth, Linda Douglas and her husband Stephen of Weymouth and Alan Sass and his wife Nancy of Braintree. Cherished Nana of Adam, Kate, Jeff, Fred, Rachel and great-grandchildren Addison and Harper. Loving sister of Mildred Burke of Michigan and the late Raymond, Bernard and James Surette and Pauline Olson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 AM.

Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
