Faline Isabelle Frange

Faline Isabelle Frange of Quincy, age 49, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 15, 2026.

She was born on January 7, 1977, to Manuel and Gardenia (Matulac) Frange in Jaro Iloilo City, Philippines. Faline attended West Visayas State University High School in La Paz, Iloilo City for both high school and secondary school. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Faline would go on to work as a nurse for 24 years and used her skills at Harbor House Skilled Nursing Home Rehabilitation.

Faline and her husband, Ronnie Bebit, shared 22 years of marital bliss. They travelled the world and built a beautiful life together. They enjoyed their trips to Italy and Paris. Faline loved shopping and reading her true crime books.

She was hardworking, loving, and incredibly caring. She lived her life helping others. Faline used her passion for healthcare to make an impact on many lives. She will be deeply missed.

Faline is predeceased by her mother, Gardenia. She was the loving wife of Ronnie Bebit of Quincy. She is survived by her father Manuel Frange of the Philippines, and her siblings, Fergenil and Ferlin Frange of the Philippines. She is also survived by her niece and nephews, Eleasah Jalen Frange and Caleb Hunter Frange, and Fergie John Frange of the Philippines.
