Florence Keane

Keane, Florence (Donovan) of Hingham, died October 6, 2013.

Born and raised in Boston she had lived in Milton and Hampton NH prior to moving to Hingham over 40 years ago.  She was a retired supervisor of New Telephone and Telegraph Company.  

Beloved wife of the late Paul A. Keane Loving mother of Mary Anne McAuliffe and her husband, Robert, proud grandmother of  Daniel McAuliffe, all of Hingham. Daughter of the late Patrick and Johanna (Driscoll) Donovan.  Sister of the late John, Daniel, Joseph, Leo, Mary, Anna and Elizabeth Donovan, Helen Finnegan, Rita O’Brien, and Agnes McElaney.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10am. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
