Gerald "Jerry" Paccioretti

Gerald "Jerry" Paccioretti, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on December 1, 1966, in Boston, MA, Jerry's life was a testament to dedication, passion, and love for those around him.

Growing up in Quincy, Jerry was a familiar figure in the community. He attended the public schools in Quincy and proudly graduated from Quincy High School in 1985. His desire for knowledge led him to earn an Associate of Science degree from Mt. Ida College, equipping him for a fulfilling career as an Occupational Therapist. Jerry found great joy in his work, serving many elderly clients and forming particularly close bonds with World War II veterans, whom he deeply respected and admired for their stories and experiences.

Jerry had many passions outside of his profession. An avid rock and heavy metal music enthusiast, he attended countless concerts that allowed him to connect not only with his favorite bands but also with his nieces and nephews, whom he shared this love for music with. His spirit shone bright during family gatherings, where he would enjoy the company of his loved ones, partaking in the great feasts at his Aunt Jeane's house and enjoying the occasion of being surrounded by family.

A dedicated sports fan, Jerry was a loyal supporter of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, frequently attending games with friends who treasured his company. Another highlight of Jerry's year was his annual summer vacation on Cape Cod with his cousin, Jim Barry, creating unforgettable memories that brought him great happiness.

He is also survived by his brothers, Joseph Paccioretti III and wife, Colleen, and Steve Paccioretti and wife, Mary. Jerry also is survived by his Aunt Alice Paccioretti the widow of his late Uncle Edward. In addition, he leaves behind his beloved nephews, Shane and Anthony, and his adored nieces, Sophia and Maria.
