Bunker, Holly Ayn (Farris) of Pembroke, died suddenly October 3, 2013, she was 41.
Holly was born in Youngstown, Ohio, where she graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School and Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art.
Holly will be remembered for her overwhelming beauty, confidence, kindness, enthusiasm and charm. A unique free spirit, Holly was an inspiration to those she loved and to every life she touched.
A devoted art teacher at Weymouth High School, Holly was able to share her knowledge, skill and passion with her students and the entire school community. To enhance her love of art, Holly was working on her Master’s in Fine Art at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston.
What brought Holly the most joy was spending time with those she loved, especially her two-year-old son Max, her husband Erik, family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
Holly is survived by her husband, Erik Bunker, son, Max Bunker, both of Pembroke and step-daughter, Mia Bunker of Quincy; parents Gordon and Arlene (Higel) Farris, brother Lance Farris, her niece Brittany Farris of Ohio; sister Debbie Farris and brother-in-law Fred Abousleman both of Virginia; mother-in-law Meg Bunker of Concord, brother-in-law and sister in-law Don and Becky Bunker.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4–8 PM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home in South Weymouth, 809 Main Street (on Rte 18 across from the South Shore Hospital). The funeral service will be private.
