James M. White of Milton, MA passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026 at Accent Hospice after a lengthy illness, Born on December 16, 1955 in Boston, Jim was the beloved son of the late Alice (McGlynn) and Michael White. Jim grew up in North Quincy and after graduating from North Quincy High School he entered into the United States Air Force. After his military service, he was employed in retail management for many years.

Jim is survived by his loving wife Marie (O’Halloran) White of Milton. Brother of Theresa and her husband Arthur Durkee of Rockland, John White and his wife Christine of Scituate, Beverly O’Brien and her husband Michael of Bridgewater and Michelle Gula and her husband Ben of Scituate. Jim was the adored uncle of many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jim is also survived by cousins near and far and many friends close to his heart.

Jim and Marie enjoyed numerous ocean cruises. He loved deep sea fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 10- 12 noon in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, followed by a Celebration of Life Funeral service Friday at 12 noon at in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jim may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen Street, Suite 250, Framingham, MA 01701.
