Jean Marie (Groezinger)Natale

Jean Marie (Groezinger) Natale, a beacon of unwavering Catholic faith and boundless love, passed away peacefully surrounded by her cherished family on December 29, 2025. She was 91 years old. A devout member of St. Bridget’s Church, Jean's life was a testament to her deep religious convictions, having celebrated many of her sacraments within its hallowed walls. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her every step with grace and purpose.

A culinary enthusiast, Jean found joy in cooking for her loved ones, her kitchen always brimming with the aromas of her Italian sauce and her baked desserts, and the warmth of her generous spirit. Her kindness and caring nature were her hallmarks, her capacity for forgiveness and acceptance a lesson to all who knew her. Jean's heart was a sanctuary of love, where friends and family were always welcome and cherished.

Jean's love story was one for the ages, happily married for over 50 years to her childhood sweetheart, Leo, whom she met in the seventh grade. Together, they built a life rich in shared memories and unwavering partnership. Their annual pilgrimages to the sunny climate of Clearwater, Florida, became a cherished tradition, gathering friends and family for many decades to bask in the joy of each other's company.

Professionally, Jean dedicated her time as a part-time clerk at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. She balanced her work with her role as a devoted stay-at-home matriarch. Her meticulous nature shone through in her impeccable organization and cleanliness, her home a reflection of her orderly mind.

An avid reader, Jean's collection of over 100 Danielle Steele novels was a testament to her love of reading. Her passion for the Boston Red Sox was equally fervent, her meticulous notebook of stats for every player a symbol of her unwavering support.

Holidays were a special time for Jean, as she reveled in the opportunity to gather with friends and family, celebrating each occasion with joy and enthusiasm. Despite battling Parkinson's for 17 years, her spirit remained unbroken, her warmth and friendliness undimmed.

To Jean, every new acquaintance was family, and she embraced them with the same loving kindness that defined her life. She will be remembered as a woman of profound love, kindness, and grace, her legacy one of compassion and unwavering faith. Jean Marie Natale's memory will forever be a guiding light to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
