John James Finn

John James Finn of West Roxbury, died at Faulkner Hospital on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, with his brother Bob and sister Joanie holding his hand as he went to Heaven. He was 68.

Born in Boston and raised in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Henry and Mildred (Rich) Finn. John was a resident of West Roxbury for 23 years.

He was the beloved brother of Mildred Galley of Plymouth, the late Henry Finn, Alice Finn of Quincy, Marie Finn of Quincy, Catherine Lynch of Milton, Aggie Mason of CA, Helen Priscella of Quincy, Joanie Walsh of NJ, and Bob Finn of Quincy. John is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 2-5 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Monday, July 14, 2025, prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston.

In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of John may be made to Resources for Human Development, BOSTON, 70 Colby Road, Medford, MA 02155. If donating online, please select "RHD Boston" under "Select Program".
