John T. Butler

Butler, John T., 92, of Quincy, died April 9, 2015. 

John proudly served his country during World War II in the Army Air Corp. He was a Vice President at John Hancock for over thirty five years and retired in 1984. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Beloved husband of 63 years of Verna (Kinniburgh) Butler. Devoted father of John M. Butler and Karen M. Black of Quincy and the late Susan M. Butler-Boyd and her surviving husband Joseph Boyd. Loving Bumpa of Joseph Boyd, Alexandra Butler, and Andrew Butler, all of Quincy. Great grandfather of Odin Boyd. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
