Joseph A. Delgallo, Sr.

DelGallo, Joseph A., Sr. of Hingham, formerly of Weymouth died June 8, 2016.

Joseph was a World War II Army Veteran holding the rank of Chief Warrant Officer, he continued the Army Reserves for 30 years. Family was the cornerstone of Joseph’s life, he enjoyed spending time with the grand kids and building model cars.

Beloved husband of the late Barbara M. (Johnson) DelGallo. Son of the late Ralph and Rose (Vecchione) DelGallo. Loving father of Joseph A. DelGallo Jr. and Karen of Hingham, Barbara L. Keenan and Robert of Plymouth and Robert A. DelGallo and Tami of Pembroke. Brother of Alfonso DelGallo and predeceased by his siblings Vincent, Felix, Anthony, and Mary. Proud papa of Bryan, Ariana, David, Alicia, Matthew, Timothy, Benjamin, Anthony, Nichole and the late Marc DelGallo. Also the proud great papa of Christopher, Jillian, Andrew, Aubrie, Sophia, Lucille, Penelope, Joseph, Mason, Derek, Kira, Molly, Zachary, Joshua, Sara, Evan, Tate, Emmett, Rocco, Mackenzie, Josephine and Jacob.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Funeral Mass will be held in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM on Monday. Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
