Joseph Vella

Vella, Joseph of Quincy, died December 29, 2013. 

Beloved son of the late Rosario and Christine Vella.  Brother of Charles Vella of N. Attleboro, Gerard Vella of Brockton, Thomas Vella of Quincy, Jean Marcella and her husband Mike of Winchester, Christine Morris and her husband John of New Ipswich, NH, Natalie McDonald of Weymouth and the late Stephen Vella.  Joseph is also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Joseph was a lifelong resident of Quincy.  He worked for Parkway Automotive in Quincy as a mechanic and welder.  Joseph was a private person who was extremely dedicated to his work.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, biking and rollerblading. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 1-3 PM  followed by a Prayer Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  Cremation will follow.
