Judith A. (King) Lemay of Halifax, passed away on November 15, 2023. She was 84.
Born in Boston, the daughter of the late James and Doris (Eis) King, she worked for many years as an office manager for Met Life Resources in Southboro, after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Bridgewater State University in 1991. Judith enjoyed traveling to various places like Italy, Ireland, Alaska and many other places around the world. In her spare time, Judith enjoyed doing cross stitch, reading, and puzzles, and was an animal lover to both dogs and cats. During the past two years of her life, Judith was a volunteer at Life Care Center of Scituate in the Activities Department. She will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her.
Beloved wife of the late William J. Lemay.
Loving mother of Lisa M. LeBlanc and her husband, Stephen R. of Pembroke, Laura M. Lemay of Fryeburg, Maine, and James W. Lemay of Auburn. Stepmother of George W. Lemay and his late wife, Marian T. of Derry, NH.
Grandmother of Austin LeBlanc, Evan LeBlanc, Dillon Lemay, Olivia Doyle, William Lemay, Nicole Rossics, John Lemay, Daniel Lemay, and Joseph Lemay. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street).
Funeral services will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Avenue, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
