Judy Jacobs was born on December 6, 1947. She grew up in Quincy and later made her home in Hanover, where she raised her children and built a life centered on love, family, and devotion. She then moved to Bridgewater where she lived near her dear friends Regina and Barry.
Judy attended Sacred Heart High School, and from an early age embodied the compassion and responsibility that would define her life. She was a dear sister to Bobby a loving mother to Reggie, Tim, and Kerri, and nothing brought her more joy than her grandchildren—Ryan, Zach, Madison, and Makayla—whom she loved more than anything in the world. To them, she was lovingly known as Sitto, a name that perfectly captured her warmth and constant presence.
To Ryan, Zach, Madison, and Makayla,
your Sitto was more than a grandmother—she was your constant, your protector, your biggest source of love.
You were her greatest happiness. She loved you more than anything in this world, and she never missed a chance to talk about you, think about you, or hold you close in her heart. Everything she did, she did with you in mind.
Judy was also blessed to have incredible extended family, the Jacobs. The Jacobs family was always a monumental support system for her. They gave their love to her right to the very end. She will always forever be grateful to them.
We will always remember our mom as someone who committed her life to the safety of her loved ones. Her devotion was unwavering, and her love showed itself in countless quiet ways—through protection, attentiveness, and always putting family first.
Judy’s legacy lives on in her children, her grandchildren, and the strong family bond she nurtured throughout her life. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit remains—felt in family traditions, shared memories, and the love she gave so freely.
She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
