Justin C. Pratt

Pratt, Justin C. of Rockland, passed away on Sunday, November 23, after sustaining injuries from a car accident. He was 24 years old.

An avid Celtics fan, Justin’s enthusiasm for his team was matched only by his love for helping others. He was the young man you could find carrying groceries for an elderly neighbor or lending a helping hand wherever it was needed. His infectious laugh and great smile were a testament to the handsome and kind soul he was. It didn't take long for someone to be captivated by his charm; Justin was a friend to everybody.

Music and rapping were among his greatest passions, particularly the tunes of Elvis and the classic artistry of big band music. These interests reflected his eclectic and vibrant personality. Despite facing the challenges of epilepsy, Justin overcame all brain struggles with unwavering courage and a never-give-up attitude that inspired all who knew him.

Spending time with friends and family was at the core of who Justin was. He loved going to Moosehead Lake in Maine and New Hampshire, where he and his friends and family would enjoy exhilarating tubing trips. His quick wit and the natural ability to make people laugh meant that people naturally gravitated towards him. His presence was a source of happiness and comfort.

Justin will be remembered as a loving, kind, and funny individual. He was a beacon of light who spread positivity and laughter wherever he went. His legacy will live on not just in memories, but in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

It is said that the brightest stars burn out the fastest, and Justin’s star shone brilliantly. Our world is a little less bright without him, but heaven has gained an angel whose melody and laughter echo through eternity. Justin's memory will forever be cherished by his many friends and beloved family members.

Loving son of Christopher and Erin Pratt of Rockland. Devoted brother to Ryan of Salem, and his nephew and niece, Ayden and Stasia. Grandson to Donald Pratt and his late wife Sandra of Plymouth, and the late Charles Polley and his wife Geraldine.
