Loving mother of Robert Thornton & wife Renda of Stoughton, James Thornton of Utah, Gregory Thornton of Hingham, Kathleen Thornton Walsh of Weymouth, Sarah Thornton-Frey & husband Wililam of Providence, RI, Julie Harrington & husband Leighton of Buzzards Bay, Shaunah Connors of Yarmouth, and Susan Thornton-Russell of Hull. Sister of Robert Haley of Plattsburgh, NY. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Mass in Church of the Resurrection, 1057 Main Street, Hingham at Friday at 10 AM. Burial in Hingham Cemetery.
