Kenneth J. Rogers

Mr. Kenneth J. Rogers, of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 9, 2025. He was 83.

Kenneth was a firefighter on the Boston fire department for 39 years, a job he loved dearly. Never at a loss for words or a great story and making so many friends along the way. He was always there to lend a hand to anybody that needed it. A very giving and loving person, he will be missed by so many. He was happiest when his family was all together.

Father of Shirley McEachern and her husband, Donald of East Bridgewater, and Kenneth J. Rogers, Jr. and his wife, June of Malta, NY.

Brother of Joseph R. Rogers and his late wife, Diane, of Weymouth, Paul D. Rogers and his late Judy of Springhill, FL, Kathleen A. Rogers of Weymouth, Virginia Burkhart of Rockland, and the late Robert Rogers and his surviving wife, Linda, of Westminster.

Grandfather of Kyle Rogers of Tampa, FL., Connor McEachern of E. Bridgewater, and Alyssa McEachern of Weymouth,

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Sunday 7/13/2025 from 11 AM- 2:30 in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital), followed by his Funeral service at 2:30 PM.

Cremation will follow.
