Rosario, Kristina Ann, 31 of Quincy Mass passed away surrounded by Angels on March 20th, after a courageous battle with kidney disease.
Born in Stoneham Mass, Kristina graduated from Haverhill High School and went on to Lincoln Tech where she earned her Medical Assistant certificate. After moving to Quincy, she attended Laboure Nursing College but due to medical reasons, needed to take a withdrawal. Determined to become a nurse Kristina enrolled in Quincy College School of Nursing.
Kristina worked as a medical assistant at Atrius Health. She liked her job, patients, doctors, nurses, and co-workers.
Kristina will be remembered by her contagious laugh, firecracker personality, and her love for all things, especially Winnie the Pooh. Kristina also liked to listen to music, dance and having a good time with her friends and family.
Kristina was the beloved daughter of Cindy Rosario of Quincy Mass and Luis Rosario of Indiana. Best and most amazing sister to Krystal Rosario of Quincy Mass, and Kristina’s twin brother Luis Rosario of New Hampshire. Niece to Lars and his wife Julie Anne Sommerfelt of New Hampshire. Auntie/Titi to her nephews Julien and Sebastian Rosario, Momma to sweet Milo her fur baby. Best friend and baby girl to “Auntie Sha Sha” Charlene O’Neill of Punta Gorda FL and the late Paul O’Neill and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by her grandparents Betsy and Robert Sommerfelt.
Visiting hours on Sunday, March 29th from 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Keohane Funeral Home at 9:45 AM on Monday, March 30th. A Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church 115 Crescent St, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
