Lorraine Palmer Kehoe

Lorraine Palmer Kehoe, age 85, of Quincy, MA was called home on September 12, 2025 supported by her adoring daughters.

Lorraine was an incredible mother, Nonni, friend, and wife. Born and raised in Boston, she was a devout Catholic, devoted to the Blessed Mother. She took great pride in her job having worked as a Housing Manager for the Boston Housing Authority. She lit up every room she entered with her infectious laughter and joyous smile, people were immediately drawn to her. Her wisdom, intelligence, humor, selflessness, and kindness spoke for itself. Lorraine’s love was louder than words, displayed through her every action as it filled her heart and was felt by everyone who was near. She appreciated every aspect of life and the world around her, always in awe of the beauty of her surroundings. Her culinary and hosting skills were unmatched and enjoyed by all who entered her home. She loved to travel, whether it be to her vacation home in Pawley’s Island, SC or taking her grandchildren on trips all around the country, and never missed an opportunity to lounge on the beach.

She was the devoted mother to the late Mark C. Stewart, Cherise Kramer (Jeff) of Long Island, NY, and Valerie L. Stewart of Squantum, and beloved wife of Douglas Kehoe. Loving sister of the late Anthony and Peter Palmer. Cherished Nonni of Maxwell C. Kramer and Jordan L. Kramer. Survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visiting hours will be on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 2-6 pm at the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. The family will gather at the funeral home at 9:30 am on Monday morning, September 22, 2025 prior to the funeral Mass at St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in the memory or Mark C. Stewart may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
