Mary Frances Baglione, age 94, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026. She was born on January 30, 1932 to Mary Carmella (Bucolo) Baglione and Giuseppe (Joseph) Baglione. Mary lived most of her life in Dorchester, MA. In recent years, she lived at Fenno House in Wollaston, MA and, more recently, at the Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation center in Jamaica Plain, MA.

In her younger years, Mary was a very accomplished and competitive candlepin bowler. She won several bowling championships and even competed on televised bowling competitions. She worked for the Rexall drug company for many years and then for the Mass. Department of Mental Health until retiring in 1987.

Mary was an incredibly loving and generous person who will be remembered for her warm heart, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her. Mary’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will cherish the love and memories they shared with her.

She is survived by her two nieces, Lisa B. Howie of Rockland MA and her husband Chris, Gina B. O’Leary of Weymouth, MA; her nephews, Joseph A. Baglione of Punta Gorda FL, and his wife Monica, and Steven P. Baglione of Swanville ME, and his wife Janet. She is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as cousins from, New York, New Jersey, and California.
