Mary T. Dudutis

Mary T. Dudutis, a lifelong resident of Quincy, passed away at home on Monday, May 12, 2025. She was 59.

She was born in Boston and raised in Quincy by Geraldine (Barone) and Richard Joyce. She attended North Quincy High School and went on to earn an administrative assistant position with GROW Associates Inc. Mary worked with GROW for over 20 years and was a constant source of positivity for her coworkers. Along with her administrative duties, she used her talent for sewing to make gifts to be donated to the many causes GROW support. The many friends she made there will deeply miss Mary’s contagious smile.

Despite the adversity that Mary faced in life, she always kept an upbeat attitude. She truly was an angel on Earth, carefully placed here to spread kindness, love and happiness. Her life centered around her family, friends and her beloved dog, Chewy. She had a special friendship with her sister Christine. They were built in best friends and when they weren’t together, they would speak on the phone multiple times a day.

Loving sister to Jonathan Joyce and his husband Shawn Hunt of Ottawa, Canada, Christine Dean and her husband Frank Bertoni Ret. QPD of Quincy and David Dudutis of TX. Adoring aunt to Michael Dean of Quincy, Patrick Dean and his partner Makayla Leite of Randolph and Brandon Dean of Quincy. Also survived by her great nieces, Ava and Mya Dean of Stoughton. Predeceased by her parents, Geraldine (Barone) and Richard Joyce.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday May 20, 2025 prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Quincy at 10:00 AM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary may be made to Rainbow ADHC of Germantown, 73 Bicknell Street, Quincy, MA, 02169.
