Peterson, Mary E.( Hunt ) of Quincy, September 17, 2009. Beloved Mother of Lance Peterson, Christine Rigoli, Laurie Ann Peterson and Heidi Forti all of Quincy. Sister of Eleanor Packard of Whitman and the late Joan Trask. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren. Mary was the former wife of Laurence Peterson of Quincy. Also Lovingly survived by many dedicated staff members of Marina Bay Skilled Nursing and Rehab.in Quincy. Mary was born in Avon. She was a graduate of Weymouth High School. Mary worked in the Jordan Marsh Warehouse in Quincy for 15 years before retiring in the late 1980’s. Mary was a member of the Houghs Neck Congregational Church and was a volunteer at Quincy Hospital for many years. Mary enjoyed Sailing and was an avid reader. Funeral Services will be private.
