Maureen E. Duffy

Maureen E. Duffy, of Meridian, Idaho passed away on January 12, 2026. She was 72.

Maureen was born on November 24th, 1953 to William and Mary Duffy of Weymouth. She went to Weymouth public schools and graduated from Weymouth High School and went on to attend Northeastern University. While in school she started working at Brigham’s Ice Cream, where she liked the tips. After graduation she worked at the Goddard Hospital as a lab technician. She then relocated to San Diego, CA. where she was a travel agent for Mr. Foster Travel Agency. Maureen was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Weymouth. Maureen is survived by her daughter, Katelyn of Boise, ID; son, Christopher (Rebecca) of Meridian, ID; She is further survived by four grandchildren, Landon, Sophia, Annika and Connor, also brother-in-law William of Weymouth. Maureen was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Mary Duffy Blood and Patricia Weisgerber.

The family would like to thank the staff at Grace Assisted Living for the loving, compassionate care that Maureen received during her time there.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 1/22/2026 from 10-11 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM.

Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
