Michelle L. Hodgdon

Michelle L. Hodgdon, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on January 7, 2026, in Quincy, Massachusetts, at the age of 57. Born on July 3, 1968, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Michelle spent her life enveloped by the love of her family and the warmth of her community.

As a Quincy native for over 20 years, Michelle was known for her vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness. Her heart was filled with love for her children, Vanessa and Nicholas, who brought her immense joy. The simple acts of sharing laughter, offering hugs, and cheering from them on in their life journeys were treasures she held dear.

In addition to her role as a devoted mother, Michelle was a cherished sister to her two surviving brothers Rich and Bill. She was also the beloved sister of her late brother, MIchael.  

A true animal lover, Michelle had a special affection for her two cats, Marvin and Sage. They were not just pets but companions that filled her days with laughter and comfort, reminding all who knew her of her nurturing spirit.

Though Michelle is no longer with us, her memory will forever echo in the hearts of those she touched. She leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and an indelible mark on the lives of her family and friends. In this time of sorrow, we celebrate the beautiful life she lived, embracing the cherished moments and memories that will continue to bring light to our lives in her absence.
