In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Father, Mihallaq Stathi

With profound sadness and broken hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Mihallaq Stathi, on August 29, 2026, surrounded by the people he loved most.

To us, he was not only our father. He was our teacher, our guide, our protector, and a source of strength and wisdom. His love for his family was at the heart of everything he did. He taught us through his words, but even more through the way he lived his life—with kindness, patience, generosity, and compassion.

Throughout his life, Mihallaq dedicated himself to helping others. He was a teacher and served as the director of an orphanage, where he devoted his time and heart to children who needed care and guidance. He was also a gifted sculptor and fine artist, leaving behind beautiful work that will remain part of his legacy.

But his greatest accomplishment was the family he loved so dearly.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Irinulla Stathi, who shared his life and stood beside him through the years.

He leaves behind his son Rei Stathi and his wife, Flora Stathi, and his cherished grandchildren, Natalia and Michael and also his great-grandchildren Timmy, Mila and Gino.

He also leaves behind his son Arian Stathi and his wife, Vanxhelina Stathi, and his beloved grandchildren, Christopher and Abigail.

His grandchildren brought him a special kind of happiness, and the love he had for them will continue to live through them.

Although our hearts are filled with sadness, we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to have with him. We will remember his voice, his wisdom, his kindness, his stories, and most of all, the love he gave to his family.

A father may leave this world, but he never leaves the hearts of his children. His love becomes part of who we are and continues through every generation that follows.

His life was a gift. His love was his legacy. His memory will live forever in our hearts.

May he rest in peace, and may his memory be eternal.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 9/3/2026 from 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A - Bicknell Square). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday 9/4/2026 prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Albanian Orthodox Church - S. Boston, at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
