Patricia Lynn "Patti" Aizenstadt (Russo), 68, of Hull, passed away peacefully at home on August 2, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.

Patti was the daughter of the late Augustine J. Russo and June Marie Russo (Perry), and the devoted wife of 40 years to Michael Aizenstadt. She was a loving mother to Matthew Aizenstadt and his wife, Sarah Vacchiano, of Los Angeles; Andrew Aizenstadt and his wife, Samantha, of Norwell; and Taylor Walsh and her husband, Joseph, of Duxbury. Nothing brought a bigger smile to Patti’s face than being "Grammy" to her six grandchildren: Patrick (PJ), Bodhi, Augustine (Gus), Beckett, Sophia, and Harper.

She is also survived by her siblings, Gary Russo and his partner, Sheila Andrews; John Russo and his wife, Suzanne; Julie Gosselin and her husband, Michael; and was predeceased by her brother, Christopher Russo. Beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Born on March 30, 1958, Patti was raised in Weymouth. As a young adult, she moved to California, where she reconnected and fell in love with fellow Weymouth native, Michael. The two married in 1985 before settling in Norwell, where they spent the next 30 years raising their family and building a life filled with fun, laughter, lifelong friendships, youth sports, family vacations and countless treasured memories. In recent years, Patti enjoyed spending winters in Florida with Michael, creating yet another community of friends who became like family.

A two-time cancer survivor, Patti faced every challenge with remarkable strength, and never allowed her trials to diminish her spirit and determination. Throughout her journey, she was surrounded by an extraordinary circle of family and friends whose love and support brought comfort to both Patti and those who loved her.

Patti will be remembered for her distinct style and fashion sense; her lighthearted sense of humor; her passion for sports both as a competitor and a fan; her love for adopted dogs; and her open home that she shared so willingly with her friends and those of her children, always ensuring everyone under her roof felt loved and welcomed.

Patti's deepest joy was the family she built and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with details to be shared by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
