Patricia M. “Tishie” (McHugh) Wieners, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, died peacefully at home on Friday, July 3, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was 89.
She was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, to the late Patrick and Catherine (Foley) McHugh. She was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Msgr. Ryan Memorial High School. Patricia married Alfred Wieners in November 1960 and moved to Weymouth, Massachusetts where they raised their family.
Patricia was cherished and loved her family deeply. She was known for her great sense of humor and brought laughter to everyone around her. She spent many happy years enjoying trips to the casino with her sisters and later with her daughter and granddaughter. There was no bigger Patriots fan, cheering them on for years, good or bad. She would always say that we didn’t have much, but we had what truly mattered: love, caring, a friend, a joke and kindness in abundance.
Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Alfred Wieners, who died in 1998. She is survived by her sons, Alfred Wieners and Dennis Wieners (Lisa St. Hilaire); grandchildren Alec and Cassie St. Hilaire; son-in-law Glenn Doble; grandchildren Monica Alton and Erin Gage; and great-grandson Travis Doble. She is also survived by her brother, Michael McHugh (Mary). She was predeceased by her daughter, Laura Wieners Doble, and her siblings, Joan, Barbara, Mary, Doris, and Patrick.
Patricia will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A - Bicknell Square).
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Friday, July 10, 2026, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM.
Services will conclude with interment in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
