Paul J. Hegarty

Paul J. Hegarty, of Weymouth, died November 6, 2016 at the age of 61.

Paul was the son of the late Marjorie E. (Fiske) Hegarty and Joseph P. Hegarty and his wife Catherine A. Hegarty of Sarasota, FL. Loving brother of Brian D. Hegarty of Worcester, Ann L. Hegarty of Milton, Thomas D. Hegarty of Weymouth, Mark S. Hegarty of Sanford, ME, and John F. Hegarty of Weymouth. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and a friend to many.

Paul worked as a house painter for many years. He will be remembered as a big hearted guy who always put others’ happiness before his own. He was compassionate and fun loving and enjoyed the company of other people.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth.
