Paul Meany

Paul F. Meany, of Weymouth, passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2025.

Paul was an easy-going guy, who was always ready to offer a helping hand to anyone who needed it, especially his sisters. He had a deep interest in history and was a keen observer of current-day politics. He loved sports, but the Boston Red Sox held a special place in his heart. He loved cars and working out at the gym, and a really good roast beef sandwich. He was never happier than when he was a beautiful Webb Park in North Weymouth.

Son of the late Paul and Amy (Murphy) Meany.Brother of Kathleen A. Meany and husband, Joseph Gwinn of Wellesley, and Virginia Meany and her husband, Lawrence Gomez of Marlborough. Uncle of Joanna Gomez of Honolulu, Hawaii, Eugenia Gomez of Milton, and Lawrence Gomez of Las Vegas, Nevada. Great Uncle of Amari Davis of Milton.

Funeral Services will be private.
