Dudek, Pauline (Gilmartin) of Pembroke, originally Braintree, died April 9, 2026.

Pauline grew up in Braintree and graduated from Braintree High School in 1979. She loved her family, animals, and listening to music. She had an eclectic taste and enjoyed seeing live music in her younger days at the Beachcomber in Quincy, Uncle Sam’s in Hull, and other local spots. Pauline loved the 4th of July, which was her mothers birthday with backyard barbecues with her family, and going to the beach with her twin sister and their mother. She worked 16 years for Grass Instruments and then dedicated her time to help take care of her nephew Lukas. Pauline was a feisty woman who had spunk and a dry sense of humor. She told it like it was and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Loving daughter to the late George and Pauline (Lowder) Gilmartin. Beloved wife of 31 years to Thomas Dudek of Pembroke. Cherished sister to her twin Paula Moscoso and her husband Jorge of Whitman, Jacqueline Tirone and her husband Steven of North Weymouth, MaryJane “Janie” Dawson and her husband Peter of Hingham, and Joseph Gilmartin and his wife Teresa of Peabody. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, including her nephew Lukas, who was like a son to her.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pauline may be made to your local animal shelter.
