Peter J. Lewis of Quincy passed away peacefully April 20, 2026 at the age of 64.

Peter enjoyed going to the Day Habilitation program at WORK Inc., which he has attended for many years. His love of music helped his creativity while crafting his place mats. He also had a unique ability to find a piano and sit down to play his familiar tune. He is reunited with his parents who loved and cared for him dearly and will be greatly missed.

Beloved son of the late Chesley and Virginia (Hunt) Lewis. Loving brother of John Lewis and his wife Philomena of Quincy. Cherished uncle of Melissa Kelly and her husband Patrick of Quincy, Carolyn Delorey and her husband Stephen of Quincy, and great uncle of Emma, Hannah, and Maeve.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 4/28/2026 from 9:00-10:30 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY followed by the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Quincy at 11 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Peter may be made to WORK Inc., Attn: Susan Buckley, 25 Beach St., Dorchester, MA 02122.
