Richard Panarelli, age 64, of Quincy, Massachusetts passed away on August 16, 2026.

Rich was born on April 11, 1962, to Nicholas and Marie Panarelli (St. Angelo) in Dorchester, MA. He grew up in Quincy along with his siblings. Rich graduated from Quincy High School and Quincy Vocational Technical High School.

After graduation, he entered the workforce where he had many jobs. Rich was a jack of all trades. He worked as a limo driver, van driver for a local assisted living and even fixed pinball machines. Rich would later go on to work as a correctional officer for over 20 years.

Rich had extensive knowledge about cars and motorcycles. He was passionate about his Harley Davidson and would often go on joyrides. Rich also enjoyed spending time in the White Mountains.

Rich was a devoted father to his son, Marcus who was his pride and joy. He was a man with a rough exterior but a heart of gold. Rich loved his son deeply. He also cared for his dog, Buddy, for wonderful 14 years.

Rich was the beloved father of Marcus Panarelli. He was the adored brother to John DiManno and Teresa Brooks. Rich will be missed by his many cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 11 AM -12 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Following the visitation, a celebration of life will be held at 12 PM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy.
