Touma, Rita A. (O’Brien) of Quincy June 19, 2007. The beloved wife of 53 years of Joseph Touma of Quincy. Loving mother of Michael Touma of NY, Donna Reilly and Stephen T. Touma both of Quincy and Susan Touma of Saugus. Sister of the late Gordan, Walter, Joseph, Vincent, Catherine & Martha O’Brien. Devoted Grandmother of Christopher, Jeffrey, Marissa, Brianna, Michelle, Melissa and Matthew. Rita is also survived by 1 great grandson Nicholas. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368. Rita O’Brien grew up in Dorchester and South Boston . She worked as a bookkeeper for the Bonds Store Inc. for 15 years. She married Joseph Touma and raised her family here in Quincy. Rita enjoyed shopping, knitting, cooking and reading. She was an active member of the Legion of Mary at St. Ann’s Church in Wollaston for many years. Rita was a devoted wife of 53 years, a loving mother to her 4 children and the proud grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Rita will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know such a wonderful woman.
