Borden, Roy H. of Hanover, formerly of Quincy & Braintree, May 29, 2004. Husband of the late Alice P. (Egan) Borden. Loving father of Nancy Borden of Weymouth, Dr. Roy H. Borden, Jr. & his wife Laura of Raleigh, NC, Richard W. Borden of Clearwater, FL, Michael E. Borden & his wife Christine of Greenfield, NH and the late Francis J. Borden & Pauline Sebring. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 15 nieces & nephews and 21 grand nieces and grand nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.Mr. Borden worked at the Quincy Shipyard for 35 years working his way up to a Supervisor. He retired in 1971.
